Mandatory Disclosure — RBI Fair Practices Code

As per the Reserve Bank of India's guidelines on Transparency in Pricing of Services (RBI Circular No. RBI/2008-09/192, DBOD.No.Leg.BC. 52/09.07.005/2008-09), the Bank is required to display the schedule of service charges prominently. All charges are subject to applicable Goods & Services Tax (GST) at 18% unless specified otherwise. Charges are reviewed and revised by the Board of Directors periodically. Customers will be given prior notice of any revision in charges.

Important Notes & Disclaimers
  1. All charges are exclusive of GST unless explicitly mentioned as inclusive.
  2. Charges are subject to change. The Bank will provide 30 days prior notice before any upward revision as per RBI's Fair Practices Code.
  3. Service charges for RTGS & NEFT have been waived by RBI for savings bank account holders w.e.f. 01-Jul-2019.
  4. No pre-payment penalty is chargeable on floating rate loans to individual borrowers as per RBI mandate.
  5. ATM charges beyond the free transaction limit are as per RBI circular DPSS.CO.PD.No.1343/2021-22.
  6. Customers may raise complaints regarding unfair charges with the Banking Ombudsman under the RBI Integrated Ombudsman Scheme, 2021.
